Nurturing the Mind
& Meeting Core Needs
How can anyone achieve their full potential if their basic physiological needs are not met, and they lack the fundamentals of education? Shalom Support seeks to nurture the growth of people’s minds so they can use their gifts and abilities to attain their highest achievements and positively impact their community as a result.
One example of this is the King of Kings School in the Kimuli district of Uganda. Nalango village in the Kimuli district is a remote area where the children struggle with food scarcity and access to education. Shalom Support is partnering with two other non-profits, New Identity Uganda and No Boundaries International, to provide educational fees and a daily meal so the children in this region can break the cycle of poverty and have a chance at succeeding in life.
