The finances provided through Shalom Support make advanced, personalized medical care possible for patients in need of more comprehensive testing and support on their health journey. The traditional model of medical care focuses on treating the late stages of disease – it does not focus on prevention or allow time for in-depth education and lifestyle support. As a result, heart disease remains the number one cause of death among men and women and stroke the number one cause of disability. In addition, many people suffer from other debilitating chronic diseases (diabetes, chronic kidney disease, dementia, erectile dysfunction, etc.) that are completely preventable when the right medications and lifestyle interventions are implemented early enough.
The medical workups at Kadima Center focus on identifying hidden risk factors and addressing root causes of disease BEFORE they become life-threatening. By implementing the right testing and treatment protocols, patients can live longer and fuller lives. The goal is to help people do more than just survive their medical challenges or genetic predispositions, but to fully thrive, so they can enjoy a full and purpose-driven life.
